[3]. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OLD TIME CHURCH SERVICE AND MODERN TIME CHURCH SERVICE.
1. When the choristers of the old time finish singing, the congregation burst into tears because they sang down the glory, but in the modern, after the Delilahs and Jezebels finish singing, the congregation respond with a clap offering returning Ichabod to Ichabod.
2. In the old, during message, the congregation cries and tell God that they are sorry, but today, as message is going on people drop money, blow whistle and shout "ride on pastor".
3. The old went to Church and the message gave them faith but the modern went to church and the message gave them fake. (olive oil, handkerchief, apron, sticker, holy water and calendars of their G. O.)
4.The ancient carried their bible in booklet because they were not ashamed of Jesus but some today carry ipad to church because they feel shy to be identified with Jesus and to such, Jesus will be ashamed of you on the last day.
5. The old go to church with their hair covered with their head ties but the modern cover their hair with Brazilian weavon.
6. During prayers, the ancient close their eyes and give God their whole attention but the modern open their eyes, looking around like armed robbers and even answers calls during prayers.
7. The old dance godly dance to thanksgiving and offering but the modern is not even afraid to dance doro, awilo and azonto even before the altar.
8. The ancients go to church with their body covered and are focused on inner beauty but the modern wears mini skirt, show everything and everything on her is artificial and ends up looking like "mamiwota". They are prone to falling at the slightest prayer because all she is putting on has a demon attached to it.
9. In the old,sinners go home weeping but today sinners go home rejoicing.
10. The ancients answer altar calls with tears rolling down their faces. The modern do the same chewing gum.
O Lord, revive your work. May revival precede the rapture.

I'll never forget this eternal truth from my friend Sola Sorinolu:
Some months back I was home watching a favourite channel, NAT GEO WILD. Now, I can't recall the series being shown, but I can never forget the picture I saw!
An obviously hungry lion was chasing a gazelle. In its attempt to escape being a prey to the lion, the gazelle ran into a water body. The lion followed. Unknown to the lion, that water body was crocodile-infested. As the lion was wading through the water in pursuit of the gazelle, a big crocodile swam up to it and voilà ! The next thing I saw was the neck of the lion in the jaws of the crocodile.
As I stared at the TV screen, wide eyed, I sensed the Holy Spirit telling me that anyone, no matter how powerful, would end up a prey like the lion if they left their area of strength.
The lion, despite being the king of the jungle, left its area of strength(land) and wandered into water(another animal's area of strength) in pursuit of what he would eat and ended up being eaten!
Dear Christian, what has God called you to do? To what purpose has he anointed you? Endeavour to stay faithful and true to it.
"Let each one remain in the same calling in which he was called" 1Cor.7:20
Always remember, even a lion can become a prey if he doesn't stay in his 'calling'!

Genesis 37:5-11, Joseph had two fantastic dreams, and the two dreams came to pass. Genesis 50:15-21, No matter how big your dreams may be, in the mighty name of Jesus, they will come to pass. Amen. Genesis 28:10-17, Genesis 32:9-10, There is somebody here today, by this time next year, you will bring two buses to bring people. Amen.

Why am I sure that there is someone here today whose dreams will come to pass;
1. God is faithful, if He give you a dream it will come to pass. Numbers 23:19, once the dream is from God, He is faithful to bring it to pass, Psalm 33:11, Jeremiah 1:4-5. He kept you alive today because He has a purpose for your life, Habakkuk 2:3, Psalm 102:13. I am believing with somebody here today, the time for your dreams to be fulfilled has come. Amen

Father, let the time to fulfil my dreams be today.
2. God is able, He is not just faithful, He is powerful, He is able to bring any dream to pass, Psalm 62:11, Psalm 91:1. He has the ability to control the heart of kings Proverbs 21:1, Genesis 41:1-44, God used the dream of pharaoh to bring Joseph to power. God can use the dream of someone who is higher than you to bring your dreams to pass. God can shake a nation to bring your dreams to pass, Exodus 12:1-36.

Father, even if you have to shake the heavens to fulfil my dreams, go ahead and do the shaking
3. God will send help. Genesis 18:1-3, God could send His prophets, 1 Kings 17:8-16, Genesis 41:1-14, God can send an ex-convict to make sure your dreams is fulfilled.

In conclusion Proverbs 10:28, the hope of the righteous shall be gladness but the expectation of the wicked shall perish which means the dreams of the sinners shall perish, the sinner can continue to dream, nothing will come out of it. If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus, do so urgently so that your dreams can be fulfilled. 💜
[7]. *Horrific Story*
A father takes his son into the forest, blindfolds him and leaves him alone. He is required to sit on a stump the whole night and not remove the blindfold until the rays of the morning sun shine through it. He cannot cry out for help to anyone. Once he survives the night, he is a MAN. He cannot tell the other boys of this experience, because each lad must come into manhood on his own. The boy is naturally terrified. He can hear all kinds of noises. Wild beasts must surely be all around him . Perhaps even some human might do him harm. The wind blew the grass and trees and shook his stump, but he sat stoically, never removing the blindfold. It would be the only way he could become a man! Finally, after a horrific night the sun appeared and he removed his blindfold. It was then that he discovered his father sitting on the stump next to him. He had been at watch the entire night, protecting his son from harm. We, too, are never alone. Even when we don't know it, God is watching over us, sitting on the stump beside us. When trouble comes, all we have to do is reach out to Him. Moral of the story: Just because you can't see God, doesn't mean He is not there."For we walk by faith, not just by sight". If you have been blessed, please bless another by passing it on... Have a great walk with God today and always. Smiling face with smiling eyes..

Assuming after dancing and rejoicing in your new mansion last night, you woke up this morning to rush and catch up with your daily activities as you are doing right now, and you saw your body still lying helplessly on the bed. You were shocked, You tried to pick up your iphone 6 to call your (Rev) pastor or relatives and you couldn't pick it up. You tried opening your wardrobe to pick some money you hid there and couldn't. You started crying but no one heard you. You try touching the gate to go out, but u just went right through it. You went outside and your house mates were chatting, but you were not recognized. After some minutes, you saw your house neighbours coming out of your room with a severe cry, hitting their hands on your brand new Range Rover Jeep.
All you could hear them saying is "HE IS GONE" or "SHE IS GONE" You stood there watching them cry their hearts out in pain. So you asked yourself WHERE EXACTLY AM I GOING?
Your spirit started crying bitterly, because you were not prepared to start that journey so soon. BRETHREN where exactly do you think you are going if you stop breathing right now?. Are you aware of your final destination?
Remember your creator now because we have a place to go. So start preparing. Share to a group. I choose you to prompt every one for eternity.
