Vevo See Music Play: Vevo is transparent and an icon of excellence when it comes to music video. We did a nature poem way back to celebrate Vevo in style.
Vevo See Music Play
Vibes without limits,
The world comes to your feet;
With sounds that heals the soul,
And now we are connected to your hook.
Food to the soul that more is asked of you,
Yet still you heal our hearts with rhymes that care;
Such that draw us to celebrate with passion,
Even when we are down yet we rejoice in your sound.
December 8, 2009 you came within a joint venture,
Serving regions and still expanding beyond doubts;
As you moved around connecting us with love,
For that soul fantasy that excite us to chant your name.
A sound from Vevo site have given us a voice,
That which our hearts celebrate with love;
As we watch through you streaming channel,
We found that love far beyond our imagination.
Shout out to Erik Huggers,
A CEO with limitless possibilities;
Such is the strength of your direction,
The same that has kept Vevo on top.
Universal Music Group you are not forgotten,
Sony Music Entertainment we recognized you;
Abu Dhabi Media, EMI and Google,
The power houses that made it all possible.
If you are looking for a site to quench your music taste,
Even with the help of your Android, iOS, Windows Phone;
PlayStation and other electronic with Internet connection,
Vevo is for you as you relax on it and see music play.

In The Innocence Of Life [Dedicated To Our Son]: My joy, my hope, my all! Our dear son is a blessing to us. In the innocence of life is one of the poems we dedicated to our son. Those little smile of children that habour no hate. They are on a world of their own. It is really of essence that we as parents should learn to celebrate our children and be part of their growing up. If you have gotten this bundle of joy, share in our pride.
In The Innocence Of Life
[Dedicated To Our Son]
Just like when I saw your first smile,
There in the innocence of life;
You starred at me with so much vigor,
That makes my heart blink with joy.
Just like when I heard your first cry,
There you looked at me with a smile;
The smile that brightened my thought
And humbled me with this tear of joy.
A blessing you have become to our life,
Blessing us every day with your smile;
That I would trade nothing in this world,
To see you smile in the innocence of life.
Day had turned to months, and months into year,
And everyday around you is an awesome experience;
Learning to adapt to this new life that comes with you,
A life that makes us proud to be called your parents.

Worthy Princess: Way back in school, I came across this natural pretty princess. She was a good friend whose help was so valuable to my overcoming some challenges in school. Where ever you are Udy, you are a worthy Princess.
Worthy Princess
She whose voice resonates
She whose head the crown fits
A worthy Princes from Uduan Inyang Atakpo
She is whose heart accommodates all.
I had tested her kindness
So I could tell beyond reasoning
She is a gift whose heart transcends boundaries.
Years has gone by
Yet her beauty blossom beyond ages
She is same, the way she was.
I am talking of her
Her they called “Phonetic”
Her that was ones crown “Miss Akpoly”
I saw her some months passed
Still she was carrying that same pride
Same pride that defines a true African woman.
Embodiment of help I would say
For out of her way she could go to help others
These virtues are only a reserve for a Princess
She is a princess that goes by the name – Uduak Ette-etim.

Selfless [Dedicated To Mother Teresa]: Mother Teresa, you will always be remembered by your deeds of good works. Celebrating your lifetime is something that would always be so dear to the hearts of those who admired and loved your selfless contribution to make our world a better place to live in.
Selfless
[Dedicated To Mother Teresa]
Ringlet on her face
Traces of faded treasure
But a heart of gold
Gold that washes humanity with elution
That purity the life of all.
She was selfless and focused
A caring soul even to the end
Which generation will birth her?
None! For her good work transcend ages.
Mother of all
A rare gem to humanity
What a humble name she bears – Mother Teresa.

Sunset At The Other Site [Odey To Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie]: The young woman with the brain and wisdom of an elder; Chimamanda has no equal in her area of writing. She has blessed our world with collection of writing that would always inspire us to think. Here we are celebrating her in our own little way. She is indeed a sunset on the other site.
Sunset At The Other Site
[Odey To Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie]
Sunset on her smile
For in the making of African attire
She educates the world about her root.
Child that breathe in the hilly side of Nsukka
Land were our great intellectuals dreamt
How she has sipped from the cup of our literary warriors.
Odey to her, hand painted in “Purple Hibiscus”,
Sunset to her, curator in “Half of a Yellow Sun”,
The world has not heard you yet.
Smile with a pen at hand
For at the right side of literary conscience
Your worth would always announce your dreams.
Ode to our own
Our very own
Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

Rising Sun [For Jane, A Good Friend Along The Ladder Of Life]: In the ladder of life, there are good friends you will come across; the very friends that can relate to your many struggles to make life worth living. When you found such friends, it is all up to you to make them feel that life comes in stages and victory time shall always come. Jane is a good friend who deserves the rising sunset.
Rising Sun
[For Jane, A Good Friend Along The Ladder Of Life]
My heart glad for her
For I see the rising sun
Set on her destiny.
Her! The world felt was gone
Helpless with no hope to excel
How the myopic mind reasons.
Around and around she moves
Toiled by the victims of life’s challenges
How she was their laughing stock
A bottle of soft gulped in the Kiosk.
Who has given her a chance?
None! For her they waved, was a pushover
Now she what destiny has rewarded her.
For in the middle of life’s struggles
Sunset has smile at her door step
Now if you see her
You no go know her again.

Gracious Style: We did this long ago for the former Governor of Enugu State. Enjoy it with style. Gracious Style For Chimaroke Nnamani
Gracious Style
Gracious style
Painted in the rhythm of his flows
A medical doctor he is
But in the image of a writer he sowed.
“Ebeano” he coined,
“To God be the Glory” he popularized
“Dividend of Democracy” is his making.
Coal City he ruled with finesse
Our senate he has gone to better our lots
Who would deny him his place?
Him whom the Newspapers houses
Delights in his intellectual contributions
Our Nigerian nation
Sipped from his repertoire of wisdom.
A man with difference part,
Seated upon our political terrain
He has come with a fresh heart
That would change the mentality of thoughts.

Ara [A Tribute To Aralola Olamuyiwa]: A nature tribute poem for the African talking drummer is something that is amazingly great. When you found a women doing the things that could be an exclusive right of the men, you just need to encourage her. For the love of African talking drum, we salute Ara with this lovely poetic tribute.
Ara
[A Tribute To Aralola Olamuyiwa]
Ara!, our mystery talking drummers,
Allured in a long braids that conjure her root,
Her appearance is a folk song of African attire.
Wonders of wonder!,
Who taught a woman the mystery of the drum?
She must be a blessed-daughter of a warrior.
Our Ara!, blessed with a towering prowess,
Her tapping relish the zest that free your soul,
Wesley Snipes could testified, Stevie Wonder would confirmed,
Wole Shoyinka would admire with a thoughts of genius
The crowd could only go while imagining
The magical strength that flows from her rhythm.
Their Ara!, a mystery in combination
How she infused the talking-drum with their classical music
Is still a mystery the developed races are dreaming to uncover
No wonder she is called “the enigma of the African race”.
She has globe-trot the universe
Preaching the gospel according to the talking-drum
Her African root she carries with pride
That the world will bow for this true Queen of n African legacy.

king-god: When you make yourself a mini-god just because you have the opportunity to suppress others, just remember that there is judgement day. This poems is not to sadden your mindset but to bring to bear man injustice to his fellow man.
king-god
Blood flows, pain wrinkled,
The Guyama tragedy is looping
Ours the Most Hon. Rev. Dr. King is in town
To unleash the horror that was the Guyama experience.
See a branded gospel of enslavement
Preached on the altar of deceit
To bind the brain of helpless worshippers
Whose journey to heaven are made-believe
On conjured sermons preached from the pit of hell.
He is their king, a mini-god,
Whose words are fury flames.
Worship they gave to him
In obedience you must bow,
Flogging you must adhered to in disobedience
Sexual orgies, traded in exchange for holiness,
Bunch of bullies are their lord’s army.
Oh! What is this befalling the body of Christ?
Surely, it is written in the Holy Book,
Judgement shall start from the Church.

Mother Theresa Of Our Time [Dedicated To Mrs. Ekaette Unoma Akpabio]: A good woman with a good heart. The amiable wife of the Senate Minority Leader of the Federal Republic of Nigeria deserves some accolades for her humanitarian heart. Here we are dedicating this nature inspirational poem for her.
Mother Theresa Of Our Time
[Dedicated To Mrs. Ekaette Unoma Akpabio]
Humble with a height
That enthroned her might
Meek with a gentle heart of kindness
A mother who loves to put a smile on others.
A gift to Akwa Ibom State
She has become a heart of gold
That brings comfort to the down-trodden
Whose destinies would have been a waste.
Her good works are there for all to see
No wonder the children celebrates her reign
Just as the womenfolk blesses her days
And all extol her noble virtues.
A sweet mother she is
Ducked with no stained heart of discrimination
All, she took under her roof
That she would fulfill her calling
As the Mother Theresa of Our Time.

What’s In A Name? [Dedicated To Chief God’swill Akpabio]: The Senate Minority Leader of my great country needs no much introduction. If you doubt it, just google his name and see the great teacher who taught Udom Emmanuel. Celebrating the former Digital Governor of Akwa Ibom State, his name is one that rings a bell. What’s actually in a name, if you ask, then go through this nature poem dedicated to our uncommon transformer.
What’s In A Name?
[Dedicated To Chief God’swill Akpabio]
What’s in a name?
Certainly,
There is something to a name.
Name among names,
And I have come to see
That there is something to a name.
If not,
How cold a name
Altered the destiny of her bearer.
At a time when all hopes seem to be lost
A time when the heat was on
And the mighty trusted in their might
Who had given that name a chance?
None!
But except that name.
Today,
Not only has that name change our destiny,
It has given us hope and made a way
Where there is a “Will”
Ask no further who that name is?
Just look around and you will hear
The echo sound of that name
God’swill Akpabio.

Our Mother Theresa [Dedicated To Mrs. Ekaette Unoma Akpabio]: Still on the matter of giving honour to whom honour is due. We dedicate yet another nature motivational poem to Mrs. Ekaette Unoma Akpabio. She deserves more accolade.
Our Mother Theresa
[Dedicated To Mrs. Ekaette Unoma Akpabio]
Smiling with an height
That enthroned her might
A mother whose joy
It is to see her children smile.
Caring with a meek heart
That transcends boundaries
A tower of strength
On whose feet we can lean on.
Who is she that the abandoned children,
Would sing her praise
Who is she that the widows,
Would celebrate her reign
Who is she that the womenfolk,
Would echo her name.
A mother among mothers
Who has become an epitome of pride
That her song of good deeds
Are sang even among her enemies.
She is ours, our mother Theresa
A rare gift to the land of promise
Whose worth is far beyond ruby
A sweet mother that all would dream to have.

A Humble Life For A Humble Beginning [Written By Me and Dedicated To Me]: Life is full of surprises and when you take life as it comes, life will give to you that which you desire. I celebrate myself and wish to have all that it takes to succeed. Here is a little of my story, a humble beginning with a humble life.
A Humble Life For A Humble Beginning [Written By Me and Dedicated To Me]
From a humble family way back in the 1970s,
Born a humble man with an humble attitude
It takes so much from my parents to actualize
The joy in which they now come to share
Though the head is long gone
And now our dear mother is gone too
But we are still here to carry on the big struggle.
Simply, I think of words to describe myself,
But one word is worth that million – Humility
I see it in me and have come to appreciate that value so much
I found out that I got so many gifts in me
That I now see them drop out like real heaven.
I bless the Good Lord for the humble gift in my life
I have come to see that those without focus
And people to look up to, should dear one way – Go the Lords way,
He give gave to those that have no one to look up to
He is there to make your life worth living
Look up to Him. He never fails!
Live your life for the Lord.
He will guide and direct your path
When you give Him all you got
He will provide all you need
He is so loving a Father that there is nothing
we ask from Him that we believe in, that He will not provide
Love Him with all your heart and might
He will love and embarrassed you will His abundant blessing.

Olajumoke Orisaguna: Olajumoke is no more the bread seller we used to know. Destiny smiled on her and now she is a star. Whatever you do, just keep doing it and when it is your time to shine, no darkness can dim your star.
Olajumoke Orisaguna
From her "village," she moved to the city
Not to sell her virtue and body for mammon
But to work hard and with all the hard-work,
It was only a profit of 1$ a day
It was challenging, with a baby and far away husband
She persevered, she kept walking and hawking
With the tray of bread balanced on her head
She sought for her daily bread
Everything she needed to make it is with her
But she needed a "TY Bello"
And chances are that they would never meet
For It is not likely "TY Bello" eats that kind of "bread"
But providence and favour collided
And she walked into a photo shoot
And the photo went viral with "favourable" comments
May you meet your helper of destiny!
And they sought for her
And sent for her
And she was found
And the rest is not just history but historic
Probably you will believe now the Holy Writ that says
When the Lord turned again the captivity of Olajumoke Orisaguna
We were like them that dream...
Then was our mouth filled with laughter
And our tongue with singing...
For I can bet that her husband would have danced
In the new apartment without drums...
Some scriptures sound unbelievable
But now you can relate when God says
He will lift you from the dunghill and cause you to sit with the princes!
That is one story
It can be replicated, not exact copy and paste
But the same God over all is rich unto all
May favour locate you today
May you be transported from lack to much
May they fight and rush to bless you
May your name be heard throughout the world
Don't forget.
She didn't have to sleep with anybody
She didn't have to compromise her virtue
She didn't have to soil her conscience
She only needed to keep trying
Until Mercy found her
Few days back, Google does not know "Orisaguna"
But today...the white man is forced to pronounce that name!
She could not even speak one line of English Langauge
So it is not about your phonetics
It is about the help of God
You can speak all the phonetics in this world
But if you lack help, you are on your own!
God does not call the qualified
He qualifies the called!
It doesn't matter where you are, what you know or who you don't know
As long as you know your creator
it is a matter of time...
May you see help
May divinity smile upon your humanity...
May you receive help that only God can give!
Contracts
A free luxury house in a plush area
A free school on Language development with Poise
An exposure like never before
I bet some SUV, wonder on wheels will soon follow...
All for this village girl, bread seller...
But that was then!
May the mercy of God find you!
May His grace locate you!
May favour climb upon your labour!

Orente [Originated by Adekunle Gold]: Uche Poet a friend on Facebook when on Orente by Adekunle Gold and created this lovely poem for our delight.
Orente
[Originated by Adekunle Gold]
Orente, how steady her love like a river flow
Coming and going like the eyes of solace star
When the morn sleeps and moonlight glow
How melodious her care and haven are.
Nkem, she wants me when the sun strength is falling
And yellow sky encircled the land
When doves on mango trees are singing
She wants the icy wine of my hand.
She wants me when day's joy does shine
Sun-steeped and quite or drenched with sheets of rain
She wants me better when day's joy decline
Like a mourner's heart,life pain smile again.
She wants me when passion hungers
She wants me in joy and sorrow
She wants me when desire dangers
Her direction only needs the eyes of my mellow.
She wants me when in the sun she is there
She wants me when she is standing on the moon
She wants me when Christmas birds humming here
And when they are gone, she wants me more at noon.
She wants me in a million, unfailing way
When the kings and might her love are wooing
She still cherish the poor meal we share for a day
And spite the rich with their tempt and calling.
She wants me when love is sick or does delight
She wants me handsome or fashion old
She wants me than lust and loving sight
She wants me rather than the gift of gold.
